The Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Council of Schenectady County, Inc., (A.S.A.C.S.C.) is committed to preventing and alleviating the profound personal, social and economic consequences of substance abuse, addictions and other addictive behaviors in our community. To that end, Council staff plan, implement and advocate for policies and programs of prevention, early intervention and treatment that ensure the health, safety and well being of all Schenectady County citizens.
