For more than 25 years, BCCS has been a trusted provider of outstanding substance abuse and behavioral health treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention and education initiatives, mental health and advocacy services. Our core program offerings fall under one of four critical areas of care: Education, Advocacy, Prevention, and Treatment. We pride ourselves on helping members of our community recover with dignity, while also focusing on improving their physical health. BCCS makes good things possible.
Originally part of Wilmington Medical Center, BCCS was incorporated as a separate non-profit in 1985. We have been a full member United Way agency since 1988.
