Bristlecone Family Resources is a nonprofit corporation funded in part by the Nevada Department of Human Resources, State Health Division, Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant. Bristlecone's programs also are supported by client fees, grants, and contributions. Gifts are welcome and are tax-deductible. Treatment admission prioritization for all programs, except for Civil Protective Custody Services, must be conducted in the following order: pregnant injection drug users, pregnant substance abusers, non pregnant injection drug users, all others.
