Our supervised community residence for those with substance use disorders or with co-occurring mental illness.  The residence serves as a support for those transitioning toward independent community living from higher levels of care.

The Charles Street Residence, with a capacity of 14, is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASAS).  The residence provides a home-like environment including a kitchen, dining room, common living space and a bedroom that may be shared with another individual.
