The La Paz House of Reality Recovery is not a treatment provider, it is a sober living property in a resort setting.

he Reality Recovery program is designed to provide referral support to the newly recovering individual. We provide a referent-based service that involves a continuum of care, including intensive outpatient treatment, individual therapy sessions, medically monitored Suboxone maintenance, nutrition program and physical fitness program. This is the perfect fit for the newly sober individual, who wants only the finest amenities within a safe environment.

The most comprehensive, well-developed, personalized treatment plan will not work if the client does not implement it, immediately after discharge from Primary Care. A short period of time between Primary Care and Extended Care could result in an immediate \"relapse\" for the client.

We work directly with Discharge Planners and Therapists of Primary Care Treatment Providers and help to implement aftercare plans for each of our residents.

In an attempt to give individual attention to our guests, there is a limit of 6 Residents at La Paz-Palm Beach. We stress the concept of honor, value and dignity to everyone.

We would like to have a 90-day commitment from all clients. However, we realize that this can seem like an eternity to a newly recovering person. Some of our clients have chosen to stay with us for a year while others have stayed just 30-days. The length of the stay is truly determined by the individuals' commitment to sobriety.
