The Worst facilities in town. Pest infected, and they could give to shakes about the addict. If you are a day late or a dollar short, your butt is out. So to fix that, they now have COR 12 inmates and such living there fresh out of the joint. Don’t care if they addicts or not as long as they get that MONEY. They do not care about the addict that suffers, THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY!!! ASK ANYONE IN TOWN, THAT IS A PAST RESIDENT. They have dudes on SUBOXONE in there HIGH AS A KITE, DON’T CARE. Money’s good. THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHEN YOU ARRIVE. No bedding, no food, nothing to eat with. The only thing this place is good for is when it is too cold.
I disagree with the other comment. If you are behind on rent they will usually work with you. I myself am behind $130 right now and have received no punishment or restriction for being behind since I filled out a payment plan. I do see the ocassional mouse but "pest infected" is a gross exaggeration. Also, the fact that they offer Suboxone-based homes is hugely beneficial as some addicts require medically assisted treatment in order to be successful in staying clean. None of us on suboxone are high, we are just as coherent and aware as anyone not on suboxone. My house provided me sheets and the guys in the house offered me food if I needed it. NFTL is a great place to start your recovery journey or continue it in my opinion. I have lived here twice and been pleased both times.
Carolyn there was really nice and helpful. Recommended to me by a friend. I am really looking forward to checking in there this Sabbath.
I think the New Foundation house I'm at on W 8th is a great place. The guys are very welcoming and make getting acclimated easy. Close mouth don't get fed. They don't give hand outs. They help you help yourself.
