Oxford House Harbor City is a democratically run, self-supporting and drug free home. This facility accepts men only. Every Oxford house represents an effective and low cost method of preventing relapse. Every month the Oxford houses in the area get together to share their experiences in order to ensure that Oxford House Harbor City operates in a way that preserves the good name of Oxford House and encourages more experienced houses to help newer ones.
The men of Oxford House Harbor City pay all the expenses related to the maintenance of the house. This house accommodates eight residents. This recovery house is operated by Oxford House, a non-profit network headquartered in Silver Spring.
