Oxford House Jacobson is a self-run, self-supported recovery house for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts. Oxford House Jacobson is an all male facility. Oxford Houses are a concept in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. A representative of each House in the Chapter meets with the others on a monthly basis, to exchange information, to seek resolution of problems in a particular House, and to express that Chapter's vote on larger issues.
The men of Oxford House Jacobson pay all the expenses related to the maintenance of the house. There are 8 beds in this recovery house. Oxford House Jacobson is part of a nonprofit corporation umbrella organization which provides the network connecting all Oxford Houses and allocates resources to duplicate the Oxford House concept where needs arise.
